Enchanting Cosmetics

This is a review of L.A. Colors in BCC 586, from the Color Craze line.  It is a neon pink.  Very bright.  It has a fairly thin formula, but not to runny.  It went on smoothly and had an even all over coverage after just 2 coats.  It is a very fun summer neon.  It has fast dry time.  Can't wait to stamp on it with a white!
