Enchanting Cosmetics

This is to review Wet n Wild Wild Shine in Burgundy Frost.  This is a dark burgundy frosted color so it has the light shimmer to it.  The consistency is very good, its not to thick and not to thin.  It went on fairly opaque.  It only took 2 coats to achieve an even all over color.  I would recommend this for someone who is seeking a cheaper burgundy, maybe for stamping or something like that.  It has a quick dry time, so was a pleasure to apply.
